The Doctor
Dr. Kuper-Smith
Dr. Kuper-Smith was born and raised in Coral Gables, Florida, the oldest of three brothers. He studied Biomechanics at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where he played midfield on the lacrosse team. His dental education took him to Tufts University in Boston where he graduated at the top his class. Following his doctorate, he went on to specialization training at New York University’s General Practice Residency and his Orthodontic Residency at Jacksonville University, Shands Hospital serving as Chief Resident.
He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists and both the state and regional dental boards. He is a founding member of the Arrowhead Dental Study Club where he lectures and presents on multispecialty and surgical orthodontic cases.

Dr. Stokers
Dr. Stoker is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. She enjoys treating patients of all ages. Dr. Stoker received her dental degree from Oregon Health & Science University and began her professional career as a general dentist.
After practicing family dentistry for two years she moved to Denver where she completed her residency in orthodontics at the University of Colorado. A fellowship in craniofacial orthodontics at Stanford University prompted her and her husband to make the move to the Bay Area.
Outside the office
In his spare time Dr. Kuper-Smith can be found outdoors surfing, trail running and open water swimming . He also races in triathlons as a member of The Olympic Cub and is a 5x Ironman World Championship qualifier. He volunteers his time coaching youth lacrosse leagues in the Bay Area.
